Data We Process
- Orders, customers, products, inventory data
- Store settings
- Storefront event tracking data
Data We Do Not Collect
- Payment card details
- External advertising platform data
- Marketplace data outside Shopify
AI Processing
- Only necessary operational data is transmitted.
- No sensitive personal data is intentionally transmitted.
- AI data is not used for model training.
- AI output is supplementary and does not replace deterministic data.
Write Operations
Tags or metafields are written only when explicitly triggered by the merchant.
Data Retention
- Aggregated analytics retention by plan: Trial 90 days, Starter 13 months, Growth 18 months, Pro 25 months.
- Raw event logs retention by plan: Trial 3 days, Starter 7 days, Growth 30 days, Pro 90 days.
- Raw logs are retained for troubleshooting, reconciliation, and service quality improvement.
Uninstall & Deletion
When the app is uninstalled, deletion workflows are triggered for raw events, aggregates, derived analytics, and shop-level app settings. Deletion is completed within 30 days. For deletion confirmation, contact [email protected].

AI 使用说明

数据写入
只有在商家明确触发时，系统才会写入标签或 metafield。
数据保留
- 聚合分析数据保留期（按方案）：Trial 90 天、Starter 13 个月、Growth 18 个月、Pro 25 个月。
- 原始事件日志保留期（按方案）：Trial 3 天、Starter 7 天、Growth 30 天、Pro 90 天。
- 原始日志用于故障排查、对账以及服务质量改进。
卸载与删除
卸载应用后会触发删除流程，覆盖原始事件、聚合表、派生分析数据以及店铺级应用设置。 删除将在 30 天内完成。如需确认删除进度，请联系 [email protected]。
