Terms of Service
By installing AI Shop Insights, you agree to the following terms.
- The app provides analytical insights based on Shopify store data.
- AI-generated recommendations are advisory only.
- AI Shop Insights does not guarantee revenue outcomes.
- Merchants are responsible for reviewing and applying changes.
- Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed through Shopify.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Shop Insights is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Data Retention Terms
- Aggregated analytics retention follows plan limits: Trial 90 days, Starter 13 months, Growth 18 months, Pro 25 months.
- Raw event logs retention follows plan limits: Trial 3 days, Starter 7 days, Growth 30 days, Pro 90 days.
- Raw logs are retained for troubleshooting, reconciliation, and service improvements.
Uninstall Data Deletion
On uninstall, AI Shop Insights initiates deletion of app-managed raw events, aggregate tables, derived analytics, and shop settings. Deletion is completed within 30 days, subject to legal/security obligations.

- 原始事件日志按方案保留：Trial 3 天、Starter 7 天、Growth 30 天、Pro 90 天。
- 原始日志用于故障排查、对账以及服务改进。
卸载后数据删除
卸载后，AI Shop Insights 将启动删除流程，覆盖应用管理的原始事件、聚合表、派生分析以及店铺设置。 删除将在 30 天内完成；如受法律或安全义务约束，则以实际要求为准。
